Buying a container or a trailer is not complicated, but the order of the questions matters — get sizing and site access right and everything after it is paperwork. Here is the whole thing in six steps.

Start with the job, not the unit
Storing or hauling? For storage, size the box — a 20ft container is about 160 sq ft and covers most jobsites, a 40ft doubles it, and a high cube adds a foot of headroom for builds. For hauling, size the trailer by GVWR, not deck length: the rating has to cover the trailer plus everything on it, and it has to sit under what your vehicle is rated to tow.

Pick the condition grade
Containers come as One-Trip (near-new), Cargo Worthy (export-certified steel), Wind & Water Tight (sealed storage, lower cost) or As-Is. Trailers are New with an MCO and factory warranty, or Used — Inspected, checked over frame, deck, axles, brakes, lights and tires with whatever we found written into the listing.

Our fabrication team adds personnel and roll-up doors, windows, HVAC, insulation, electrical packages, shelving, partitions and custom paint to containers, and builds out mobile offices, workshops and food-truck kitchens to spec. If the configuration you need is not on the shelf, describe it and we will quote it turnkey.

Check access before you buy
Freight is free across the continental US. Containers arrive on a tilt-bed that slides the unit into place with no crane, so allow firm, level ground and straight-line access — roughly 60ft of run for a 20ft box, 100ft for a 40ft, and 14ft of overhead clearance. Trailers arrive on a flatbed or are towed in and need far less room. Tight site? Tell us first and we will plan crane placement.

Order and pay on your terms
Order online, by phone or by email. Nothing is charged when you place the order — we email an invoice with instructions for the method you picked: bank transfer (ACH or wire), card, Zelle, Chime or Apple Pay. Financing is available on request. You can cancel for a full refund any time before the unit is dispatched or freight is scheduled.

Take delivery and check it over
For a container, lay a firm, level base — gravel pads, concrete piers or railroad ties under each corner casting keep it level and draining — and check whether your city or county needs a permit for permanent placement. For a trailer, have somewhere firm to drop it, then register and insure it with your state DMV before towing. Inspect the unit against the five-point check before signing the driver's receipt. Something not right? You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
